Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your order. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Avente Jewels is pleased to offer a return/exchange within 14 days of your order’s arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. Sale items are returnable unless otherwise noted on product page as “FINAL SALE”. 


RETURN SHIPPING

When returning items, please use a trackable shipping method. Ship your address listed on the original packaging. If you no longer have this information, please email hello@aventejewels.com for further assistance. Mark your receipt “Return for Refund” with reason for return or ‘Exchange for ‘item number’”. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Items are delicate and must be returned in the original item box to protect against damage during return transit. For a full refund, the returned item must be received in the same quality and condition as when the item was sent to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, please contact your credit card company as it can take several days to officially process. 

Repair Policy

We do not repair items.

CARE

For good maintenance, clean your item with a soft jewelry cloth. Please do not spray perfumes or rub lotion directly near your jewelry, as many beauty products cause tarnishing of metals and may dull gemstones. Please store your item in an air-tight bag to keep the piece clean and protected.
