Shipping within the U.S.
- Avente Jewels ships to domestic U.S. addresses via USPS.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will include a tracking number once shipped.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Return Shipping
- If you wish to return an item, please use a trackable shipping method and send it to the address listed on your original packaging.

- Please ensure items are returned in their original box to protect them during transit.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for lost return packages.
Returns & Refunds
- To receive a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent.
- Items should include all original packaging and be free of any wear or damage.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
